Appointments:
How do I make a new appointment or change an existing appointment?
-All appointments are scheduled/changed via our online scheduling system which can be accessed via the "Appointments" tab.
-After scheduling your appointment you will receive email and text confirmation and reminders.
-Please do not email the office inquiring about your appointment as we are unable to answer those emails.
-Every patient must provide current and accurate email and text contact information to the office in order to receive messages regarding their appointment.
*We STRONGLY encourage all patients to check their email and text messages the day of, and prior to, their appointment regarding any possible changes.

What do I do if the office reschedules or cancels my appointment?
-Unfortunately there may be an occasion where we need to cancel your appointment due to extenuating circumstances.
-We make every attempt to contact patients via email and text when an appointment change is necessary.
-Every patient is responsible for providing current and accurate contact information to our office in order to receive last minute appointment change communications.
-Any office cancelled appointments need to be rescheduled via the "Appointments" tab. Please do not email the office to reschedule your appointment.
How do I receive medication refills if my appointment needs to be rescheduled ?
-All patients are responsible for contacting the office via email or phone to request medication refills.
-When contacting the office please provide the necessary pharmacy contact information.
-The office will refill ONLY those medications that, in fact, need refilling. Please check with your pharmacy regarding any refills that may have on file prior to emailing the office.
-Typically we are unable to send reply or confirmation emails regarding medication refills.
-Please allow up to 3 business days for standard medication refills and 5 business days for any controlled medications.
-As a rule, we do not refill any medications without a recent or pending appointment.
-In general, we are unable to send refill confirmation emails so assume we are processing your refill request unless we tell you otherwise.
